We've always taken the proper steps to make sure everything goes as planned. Remember when EDC was cancelled @ travis county expo center? Well we've used that venue multiple times over with no problems with them cancelling or problems with the cops.

Do you speak of Cyberfest? LOL. If that is the party you are talking about, I was there for that one. I remember they redirected people well past the entrances to the venue and made us walk quite a distance to get to the entrance. When my friends and I arrived, the attractions promised weren't there and it was just a hot mess from then on. I am willing to go the distance for this party, as I attended Spring Love this year and had a good time. Should end up being an adventure, to say the least.

Also, since this is outdoors, are we going to be allowed camping? I am a camping raver, and this venue is out in bumfuck nowhere. You would be doing an incredible disservice to your patrons if you didn't allow camping. If not that, then at the very least, where would I seek permission to set up a camp site? I don't have a problem speaking to the venue owners if I must, I've already met them. Very nice people.

But yes its totally a small hick ass town. People are friendly though, just dont go into the gas stations dressed like a raver/hippy. Things will be fine. Thats one hell of alot of people just like descending onto that place though.

I think the problem with this would be that the event is 16+. I'm sure there is some liability with that.

also just let ya know that i was from that type of area. i grew up in rosebud,tx and know that area. make sure when ya go threw buckhoe's. get ya high blem lights on. those back roads are kinda danger for deer and loose wildlife. i hit a dog back in 2001 in my uncle truck middle of the night. don't ask why but the dog jump out of nowhere and i ended up hittin it. plus ya going to love the those roads. this remind me. i need too ask if i can send a night over my aunt house since i am going threw that road.
